By creating an account or using RankUp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

RankUp is an independent companion app for Overwatch players. It provides match tracking, hero and counter information, AI coaching and AI-assisted review of gameplay clips you upload. RankUp is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Match records are entered manually by you. RankUp does not read data from your game client or game account, and statistics are only as accurate as the data you enter.

AI coaching generates suggestions based on your profile, your recorded matches and your analyses. It is guidance, not instruction from a professional coach, and it may be incomplete or incorrect.

You may upload gameplay clips within the format, size and length limits shown in the app. You confirm that you have the right to upload the footage, that it is your own gameplay recording, and that it does not contain third-party content you are not permitted to share. Still frames from your upload are sent to our AI provider for analysis.

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit content.
• Do not upload content that is not gameplay footage you are entitled to share.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit limits or access other users' data.
• Do not resell or redistribute RankUp output as your own commercial product.

You are responsible for the content you upload and the information you enter, and for following the rules of any game you play. RankUp does not provide cheats, automation or any tool that interacts with a game client.

Analyses and coaching answers are produced automatically. They may contain mistakes, outdated details or misread footage. Frame-based analysis reviews snapshots of your clip, not continuous video, so some context is unavoidably missing. Always apply your own judgement.

Hero, matchup, guide and news content in RankUp may lag behind live game patches. Nothing in the app should be treated as official game information.

RankUp does not guarantee that you will win more games or increase your rank. Results depend on your own practice, teammates and many factors outside the app.

RankUp's software, design, written content and generated coaching structure belong to RankUp. You keep ownership of the videos, match records and notes you submit, and you grant RankUp the limited permission needed to store and process them in order to provide the service.

RankUp links to third-party content such as community video guides. Those links open on external sites that we do not control or endorse, and Overwatch, hero names and related assets remain the property of their respective owners.

AI usage is limited by a credit system with a free monthly allowance. RankUp Pro is an optional subscription priced at £4.99 per month, billed through our payment processor Stripe. Payment details are entered in Stripe's checkout and are not stored by RankUp.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the RankUp Pro page, which opens the Stripe billing portal; Pro features remain available until the end of the period already paid for, and cancelling does not refund the current period. Prices and plan contents may change, and any change will be shown before it applies to a renewal. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk. You may stop using RankUp at any time and request deletion of your account.

RankUp is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Features, limits and content may change, be added or be removed as RankUp develops, including while features are in testing.

These terms may be updated. The "last updated" date will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
