Privacy Policy

Account information. Your email address and the authentication record created when you sign up, plus a display name if you set one.

Profile information. The answers you give during onboarding: rank and division, role, main hero, hero pool, goal and self-reported weaknesses, along with any notes you add.

Match history. Matches you enter manually — result, hero, map, rank, game mode and any statistics or notes you choose to record.

Uploaded gameplay videos. Video files you upload to Match Analyzer, plus metadata such as file name, size, format and duration.

AI analysis and coaching data. The still frames extracted from your video for analysis, the resulting analysis (scores, mistakes, timeline, recommendations) and the questions you send to the AI Coach.

Usage information. Basic records of AI requests, used to operate the credit system.

Subscription information. If you subscribe to RankUp Pro, we store the identifiers our payment processor gives us (customer and subscription reference, plan and status). We never receive or store your card details.

• To create and secure your account.
• To personalize your dashboard, guides, counters and coaching to your rank and role.
• To produce match analyses and AI coaching responses.
• To calculate statistics such as win rate, recent form and improvement trends.
• To operate and enforce AI credit limits.
• To diagnose faults and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal information.

When you upload a clip, the video is stored in your own private folder in RankUp's storage. Still frames are then extracted from the video and sent, together with the hero and rank context you selected, to our AI provider to produce the analysis. The analysis result is stored against your account so you can revisit it. Videos are not published, shared with other users, or made publicly accessible by RankUp.

Your data is stored in RankUp's managed database and file storage, hosted by our infrastructure provider. Database access rules restrict every row of profile, match, analysis and notification data to the account that owns it, and uploaded videos are stored in per-user private folders. No system is perfectly secure, but access is limited to what is needed to run the service.

RankUp relies on a small number of service providers to function:

• Hosting and application platform — serves the website and runs RankUp's server-side code.
• Managed database, authentication and file storage — stores your account, profile, matches, analyses and uploaded videos.
• AI provider — receives your question or the frames extracted from your clip, plus the hero and rank context, in order to generate coaching and analysis output.
• Stripe — processes RankUp Pro subscription payments and handles all card data under its own privacy policy.

Content links (for example community video guides or official patch notes) open on third-party websites with their own privacy policies. We do not control those sites.

Cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) are small pieces of data stored by your browser so a website can remember something between requests. RankUp groups them into three categories:

• Necessary. Required for the app to work: your sign-in session and security, and the record of your cookie choice. These are always active, because turning them off would break signing in and subscription checkout.
• Analytics. Would let us measure how the site is used. No analytics service is connected to RankUp today, so nothing analytics-related is loaded whichever way you set this.
• Advertising. Allows advertising scripts to load. Advertising scripts are only requested if you turn this category on; RankUp does not load them by default.

Your choice. On your first visit a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or open "Manage preferences" to choose per category. You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

How consent is stored. Your decision is saved in your own browser's local storage under a single RankUp consent entry containing only the three category flags and the date of your choice. No personal information is stored with it, and it is not shared with anyone.

Third-party cookies. Stripe may set cookies needed to complete a RankUp Pro checkout securely; these are necessary for payment. If advertising is enabled in future, the advertising provider named on this page may set its own cookies once you have consented to the advertising category. This policy describes only services RankUp actually uses, and it will be updated before any new category of tracking is switched on. Providing this control panel supports UK and EEA consent requirements but is not, on its own, a guarantee of legal compliance.

RankUp does not currently display advertising and contains no advertising code. If advertising is introduced in future, this page will be updated first to name the advertising partner, describe what data that partner receives, and explain how UK and EEA visitors can give or withdraw consent for personalised advertising.

You can view and edit your profile information at any time from your Profile page, edit or delete individual matches, and delete individual analyses (which also removes the stored video for that analysis). Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, export of, or erasure of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

Deleting an analysis removes its stored result and video. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us using the details below and we will process the request. Some records may be retained briefly in backups before being overwritten.

RankUp is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has created an account, contact us so it can be removed.
